All donation requests should be mailed on your organization’s letterhead and include the following information:

• Organization name, mission and website
• Non-profit tax ID number
• Contact name and relationship to organization
• Mailing Address
• Telephone and email address
• Date and description of event
• Date of response needed (please allow a minimum of 6 weeks)
• Use of donation (auction item, prize, other)
• We request a link to roadsidesystems.com on your event site (if applicable)
• Please provide a letter of acknowledgement following the donation for our records
